Use

• You may feel a slight discomfort at the first applications, so do this gradually, 1-2 hours the first day, 2-3 hours next 2 days, after which you can increase the time of wearing it for an effective result

• Do not use while swimming and sleeping
• Do not use it for persons under the age of 16 years, in cases of rhinitis, severe colds or nasal discomfort
• Stop using it in case of pain
• Keep out of reach of children.
